MUMBAI: Chhoti Maa and Talli Baba are Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa 's closest aides and the devotees need to go through them to receive the blessings of Maa.

him. He is the 'temple bell' that one passes through before entering the audience of Mamtamai Shri Radhe Maa. Most notices that announce a devotional
